There are a multitude of reservation systems and usage options available in the market place today.  Including differing options within the many types of ownership interests.  It would be important to determine what product you are interested in purchasing first i.e. Private Residence Club (PRC) versus Destination Club and then be certain to ask what type of usage agreements they offer. In the Private Residence Club when the developer/seller of the property offers Advanced Reservations, members can book beyond their confirmed holiday and reserved weeks. In each instance however the terms vary from club to club.
