As a matter of fairness many Seller/Developers and clubs will create a floating usage model or rotation that corresponds with holidays so that members are assured occupancy during the holidays at least every few years. Depending on share size, inventory, and owner usage patterns each fractional ownership property may have different ways of rotating their holiday reservations. It is often the case that owners of the smaller one off type development may have opportunities for members/owners to trade within their calendar usage, including holidays if they find they were to have a specific holiday and choose not to use the home at that time.
