 TESTIMONIAL FROM PAULA...

Ladies and Gentlemen - During the month of September I flew to Italy and had the pleasure to spend a couple of nights in the Cologna della Via, just outside of Anghiari, in the region of Tuscany. We were graciously welcomed by the property managers, Alex, Vimla and the puppy, and shown all the features of the property.  It was difficult to choose which bedroom to use, since there are 4 inviting bedrooms, each more beautiful then the next.  The grounds include an endless pool with 360 degree views of the enchanting country side.  I had packed a bathing suit just for these days, although Mother Nature had different plans.  The fall weather turned cold and overcast, just enough for us to light each of the Century's old fireplaces.  We cozied up round the fireplaces, with a glass of good local wine, read books and cooked pasta (what else).  The local village is authentic and not overrun with tourists which added to our pleasurable experience.  Our only complaint was that we had to leave after only two nights.  We agreed this was too short a visit and once there we most definitely wanted to stay, buy a share and return over and over to our second home in Tuscany.  This is a property anyone looking for a second home in the region of Tuscany should visit.

On another note… While in Italy we were able to visit another fractional ownership property The Palazzo Tornabuoni, located in the heart of Florence at the Golden Cross of the famous Via Tornabuoni and Via Strozzi – two of Italy’s most historic and fashionable streets.  This 15th Century Palazzo was once home to Pope Leo XI and the powerful Medici family.  The extensive restoration is nearly complete and the first owners are scheduled to occupy December 2008.  We toured the available residences working our way through the scaffold and working artisans.  I personally do not know of another fractional ownership property to compare with the historical nature of the Palazzo where you will own and live among some of the worlds finest Frescos, Statues, and artistry.
