The houses at Itacaré Paradise have three (212 m²) or four bedrooms (252 m²), private swimming pools, and are fully equipped and decorated. They also have 24 hour hotel and maintenance service, as well as many other facilities on a pay-per-use basis. Itacaré Paradise is the first fractional development in Brazil.
